Does anyone here know how I might request that my DS continue in the PPCD

program that he is currently in instead of going to K or moving to another

school for independent help?

We will be having another ARD next week. I requested inclusion for him beginning

Jan 1 until I went into the class and realized that he would likely NOT be able

to stay in the classroom. I cannot see him walking to the library independently

as he would be expected to do, etc.

I have requested IQ test, A school re-evaluation (his last one was at age 2 1/2

to leave ECI and go into the school ppcd program. Diagnosis was made after 3

evals of PDD-NOS. He is extremely high functioning. He presents like ADHD child

only.

Looking for any advice or help. I'm so confused on what direction to take.

Homeschooling is not an option for us. Montessori or other school options could

be.
