Jerri - Honey I would look at it as a positive if I wanted tx because your Dr is willing to go the distance with you some people are not as lucky and are pulled off tx early. You are on a lower dose now which may be a factor in the 18 months and also your geno type. Who knows maybe along the way you can be upped to full dose and may be able to shorten the time. Sorry but I forgot what is your geno ???? is around here somewhere he did about 54 weeks of tx and even though he cleared stayed on it awhile and remains clear. We need to check with him
