Guest guest
Zoe (one of my favorite names in the whole world), Are you comfortable HBOTing your son? I have not pursued HBOT for my son because I have read sufficient negative things about it when done too early in the healing process to undertake that as a current therapy. I do not have citations to support my position, but according to people I trust, based on my readings at many groups, HBOT can do more damage than good if done too early. I will consider it for my son, I think, only after I am convinced that I have tackled the major metal and viral issues my son apparently has. We have made tremendous progress with ALA/DMSA chelation and OLE/Valtrex/Virastop (though the latter gives my son bellyaches, so I can't use it right now), without regression. We will not recover with any of those alone, and HBOT may figure to be a piece, perhaps an important piece, of the puzzle in recovering my son, but it is not something I want to undertake too early in the game. Just wanted to express that sentiment to you. Best, Anne > > Hi listmates, > I have a six and half year old son with autism.
