Guest guest Posted April 14, 2011 Report Share Posted April 14, 2011 Hi all, Took my son for his monthly psychiatrist meds appointment,the dr. wants to add Lithium!!?? I'm freaked, I asked him for what reason,he stated it will calm him down.I have seen improvement in my son over the past few weeks and stated that to him so I frankly can not understand. I can't at this moment even consider giving my child that med. Has anyone's dr. given their child Lithium? Is this a common drug for AS? Please share.
