My 7 yr old son was diagnosed at 22 months thanks to his daycare provider. He

was born 2 months early so any delays he had I attributed to his prematurity. 3

different family members noticed my son was different by 12 months. I was in

denial and felt attacked. My son started daycare at 15 months. By 18 months

when his daycare provider made me aware of how very different my son was from

the other children I began trying to figure out how to get him evaluated. After

much intensive therapy and education he is and doing fantastic!! I am grateful

that she brought it to my attention.
