Guest guest
Today I was told by a sweet young woman that I admire greatly that upon taking the exit exam for certification in Special Education there was not one question about autism. Though it shouldn't surprise me, it did. Apparently we haven't made enough of an impact on the powers that be on educating our children/grandchildren with autism. Who do we approach? Is it the Board of Education, the Commissioner of Education, the Universities? Could we form a committee to work on this and start lobbying about these very important issues?
