dont you just hate the answering services? I can tell MYSELF to go the

ER or after hours clinic.......what I WANT, the REASON I call, is bc

its a problem I cant figure out if I need to wait, if I need something

called in, etc. I might call the service once a yr, if that......and

if Im calling, its bc I really need to speak to the dr.

Once, our family dr told me, if I need to reach her after hours, and I

call the answering service and they tell me to wait, for me to tell

them Im in labor and need the dr immediately. (not that she even

delivers babies anymore, but felt this would confuse the service guy

enough to call her, lol!)
