What do you mean, Vera? Miami has many beautiful sites. However, I

do prefer the French Riviera, where I live.

Hey, Vera, I checked out your photo, and your lookin' good,

especially for three weeks. Nice smile, too. How many weeks are you

now off of the operating table?

I had my operation April 22. A little over 2 months..... My dad bought me that chair as a sicky present. (nice dad, huh?). We got it a few days after I got home. So I may have even been in my second week when I was sitting there. I wanted to show my dad what we had bought. It was a real bargain at Costco at $100 off.

I've added three inches to my waistline since I've been working out (about 18

months), mostly from my butt filling up my pants. My quads are decent, but I

don't have that muscle bulging out the side of my legs like some of the guys

in the magazines do. So, considering that there is fewer, larger muscles in

the leg, I don't see what's to look at, and with all the hair and the near

impossibility of oiling without shaving, I doubt the pictures would come out

very

good. A butt shot simply for size would be interesting to take for

comparative purposes, but since I didn't take one last time, and since folks

aren't

familiar with the extent of my previous butt-deficiency, I didn't take one.

Also,

the gym shorts I was wearing were too loose anyway.

I think its genetic that some people favor growth in certain muscles over

others and is different for everyone.

Ok, I can't be the only one curious about it, but I gotta ask, can you show

some leg?

:)

Seriously though, do you notice any difference in terms of muscle

development in your upper vs lower body? I have this problem where my upper

body wants to stay scrawnier than my legs despite more intense work done up

top.

Well, those won't do! See www.dragondoor.com and look for Pavel's book _The

Naked Warrior_. I haven't read it, but I've heard it's good, and Pavel's work

is always among the most excellent.

I'm not but here are a couple of suggestions:

If you want to do the regular bodyshaping (i.e. typical gym exercises

done at home) here is a link that shows you how to get a LOT of weight

into a VERY small space. Really, A full set of dumbbells in a 2 foot

space.

http://www.powerblocks.com

If you are open to a different paradigm either to supplement or replace

the currently popular approach (or vice-versa) you might want to check

out this link. This is the Pavel Tsatsouline approach.

http://www.russiankettlebells.com/

In any case neither approach requires a gym or big equipment.

Hope that helps.

That just because a tyrant has the might

By force of arms to murder men downright

And burn down house and home and leave all flat

They call the man a captain, just for that.

But since an outlaw with his little band

Cannot bring half such mischief on the land

Or be the cause of so much harm and grief,

He only earns the title of a thief. "

Hi Patty,

You got me peged also except at 5 foot 7 hardly petite, but skinny. At 130 I

still have the wonderful, marvelous, not so wonderful ,marvelous effects of

pregnancy.A butt lift would be cool,a little lipo to the tummy and add it up

top.

A blonde child that would turn almost white in the summer, extreme blue

eyes, but now a dark brown with red highlites.Casual all the way, pair of Levis

shorts

and an arthritis t-shirt and bare feet by summer days more dressy in evenings

and cooler weather.

Luckily for the picture of me and Uncle Rusty,I'm a faceless blurr.

I HATE my picture taken.

You're funny Donna! On occassion eh:) I have never dyed my hair, but have

thought about it:) Not blue eye, hhhhmmm, green???? 5'4 considered tall,

well, it depends on one's perspective. I know some adults and children who are

GHD that would consider that a good height, although, most would want more. My

mom is 5'2 and my sister is 5'4.

Take care.

HI all,

I have met Donna about 3-4 times. She is the biggest, badest, spunkiest person

you could ever imagine meeting.Full of love, happiness, and just plain old

strength. My hubby said something stupid at AJAO about the elevators and I just

backed me and the kids away, just knowing Donna was going to kick his stupid

a##.I

reamed him good but his heart was in the right place but his brain was

lost.Donna could kick his butt in a heart beat and should have.

Donna, his biggest fear is I will sew the sheets up and beat him, can't do that

but how about a smack in the head for stupidity.AJAO did him alot of good and

the young adult in college who wants to paint her brace vibrant flouresant

colors woke him up!!!!!He wants to paint it for her,any desighn she wants.

The one thing I KNOW FOR A FACT is Shelby(8 1/2) now knows that all people

are equal. She just loves Uncle Rusty and made it clear that she would open gates

and help him through that huge resort.Differances was the best thing my

kiddos learned and they had no problem with it.I am so proud of them.

AS mean as my kids are to each other and as much as they have been lectured

about teasing,I think that they understand everyone is differant but the

same. The AJAO was a wonderful experiance.

HUgs and love

hey Becki, tell Allan not to fear for this was the first " oops " he made in

front of me. However he has been given his one so he best look out. I will be

listening and watching and I will gladly help you sew that sheet up!!!LOL I am

so glad you and the family benefitted so much from the AJAO. I knew you would

and beings it is an addictive environment I am sure we will see you guys next

year if not sooner here in KY....My children have learned so much through it

all and at times just when I want to smack them upside their adorable lil heads

I see what great kids they are and how much they have gained as a result of

all they have seen through me and my AJAO buds! Cant wait to see everyone again

next year!

Hugs and smiles!
