Kim,

I had the same problem at first. I saved the picture to My

Documents and then posted it from there. You might try that. I

just thought it might be fun to see everyone. Our " Lex " family

Here are some before and after pictures of Jenna. I hope this comes out okay. These are from our digital camera. I'm not to good at sizing pictures yet. She wore her STARband from 10/21/02 to 1/21/03. She started at 9 months and finished at 1 year.

Angie,

Jenna looks great! And I'm impressed with your picture resizing -

that's something I just don't know how to do. Very good collection

of pictures - nice documentation of progress. Thanks for sharing

those!

Thanks Marci,

I just hope they help people. I have a whole CD of Jenna's head. I

took weekly pictures. I thought it would be neat for her to see

when she is way older. I didn't have to do much. I actually just

tried clicking on insert picture and it worked. I'm usually not so

lucky.

I'm glad you are staying!!

Oh Randi:I'm sooo sorry to hear your husband got upset by this :( I have a photo album (ok, a shoe box!! hehe) full of Abby wearing her bands. This really is such a short time in their life, you should really capture everything. I still have pictures of Abby on the wall in her band, she thinks it's her "bike hat" (she's 3 now) and chuckles over it. He shouldn't be upset by this. I hope he'll be more accepting. Lots of parents take professional pictures w/the band on. Hugs....share some of those pics with us!

I told him that I want to have pictures of Drew in his band so he can see later on what he had to wear. For the professional pictures, I take the band off, but I feel we need some pictures in the baby book to show him later on. Oh Randi,

I'm so sorry that your husband got upset. We have (ok, I have) decorated Aidan's DOCband really cute and my husband and I think that it looks cute on him. I've taken tons of pictures of him in it, especially whenever I change his theme or if it happens to really coordinate cute with a specific outfit, haha! Also, I took digital that I could email out of town friends and family so they could see it was no big deal. No child later on is going to be upset that you did the best you could for him. I'm sure your hubby will come around.

Best wishes,

Hi Randi,

Sorry your hubby is having such a hard time with this! Hopefully in

time it'll get easier for him. I took a lot of pics of in her

band, so I don't think your out of your mind at all. I think the

babies look adorable in their bands.

Randi,

I definitely plan to take lots of pictures of in her band.

They change so quickly when they are little, it would be a shame to

skip over a few months of their life. I don't see any reason that

Drew wouldn't want to know he wore a band. I wore a hip brace for

almost a year as a baby, and am very grateful to my parents for

making a decision that was hard for them at first! I don't recall

seeing many pictures of me in it, but have no reason that I wouldn't

want to! Hang in there, hopefully your dh will come around!

Oh My gosh Randi no you are not out of your mind take pictures and take lots of them there is nothing to be ashamed of and it will just be another chapter in drews life and he will look back on it and laugh. Really hopefully your husband will be okay with it as well. We got professional photos of every month he was in it and then special graduation photos -- really you will treasure them later. Just go for it and if hubby doesn't like it hide the film until later. Best to you!

Randi,

You're not out of your mind. There's nothing wrong with having photos

of Drew in his band. I also can't think of any reason why Drew

shouldn't now about his plagio and band. It's not like he's going to

remember one bit or be traumatized by it!! You're doing right - hubby

will come around or he'll just after to get over it! LOL!

Post some of the pics if you get a chance! We'd love to see some

shots of your banded beauty!
