Guest guest Posted October 10, 2009 Report Share Posted October 10, 2009 Its not that much different actually except in the way its made ( no grains) and most likely the particular probiotics contained therein. The taste is somewhat different but you can do much the same things with either. Not enuf difference for me to keep both going. I always have to try new things, but after a while I pick and sort and decide what to keep and what to toss. Each of us has our own reasons for doing these things and so our choices may be widely different and those choices may very well change as our circumstances change. I LOVE Greek yogurt ( the storebought kind) wish I could make my own consistently. Sometimes it was good and sometimes twas just a waste.
