Have been brewing for 3 months in gallon jars, and today I started my first CB attempt. Has anyone experienced a slimy, thick, syrup-like brew?? Is this bad. Didn't have much 'kombucha' taste. Would have been on the cooler side, (67ish) as we had a cold spell in the midwest and I haven't mastered a hot spot for the winter months. thanks, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
