I have been storing my scoby hotel in the fridge, in case someone wants one. Just the other day though, I didn't care for the flavor of one of my five batches and so changed the scoby out with one from the " hotel " I am curious to see how it turns out. ~Nita I am now an affiliate of ErgoBaby.
