Well I'm on my 5th week and feeling great! I've dropped 16 lbs. so

far. I made the mistake of not taking my body fat % in the beginnig,

so I'm using my clothes to let me know what's going on. People are

starting to notice something is up. This is a wonderful program!

I want to say to all the newbies like me, HEY, LETS GIVE IT OUT BEST

SHOT AND HANG IN THERE TOGETHER!!! We will do this!

This is a great group of people and we should be thankful it here for

us.
