Guest guest
I feel like a failure. I have been doing SO GOOD since my panniculectomy and 98% of my scar is healing up beautifully! You can barely see it. But that " spot " where everything comes together is looking bad. I went to my PCP today who Q-tipped it and says it does look like there could be infection, possibly seroma and he is referring me to a local surgeon to be evaluated. My first thought is to catch a plane to Delano we will see. I am back on antibiotics which I HATE taking. I have very little advice on how to dress or care for this wound. It is starting to be a little ouchie when I move certain ways but my PCP said I could start back to Curves but to take it easy. Those of you have been down this slower than wanted healing road I would appreciate some encouraging words. I asked the Doc if this might take a while to heal up and he made and face and said " could be " . ACK! I want to be all healed NOW!! Thanks for listening. in WA who in every OTHER way is feeling pretty wonderful.. weighed in this morning at 202 I really truly might see ONEderland for the first time since grade school day of surgery 355 today
