This past weekend for the first time since my knee surgery I did Legs in the gym.... and then decided that I wasnt going to wait any longer to start! I took my pictures, had my body fat measured, took my measurements and then prepared 3# of turkey, 2# of lean beef, 6 portions of brown rice, 4 portions of sweet potatoes, 6 weeks of work outs (and free days and started today with 22 min of cardio in Physical therapy! I am so excited that I just had to share Everyone here has been so supportive and such an inspiration, that I wanted to say THANKYOU before I got any further!
