Guest guest Posted February 22, 2001 Report Share Posted February 22, 2001 Hi, just wanted to tell everyone how happy I am to have gotten all tens in my lbw yesterday. Especially my quads, which I really want to build. This may seem dumb but I had wrestling later that night and my legs felt like dead weights even though I had them stretched out and everything. Does that usually happen after a tough workout even though my wrestling was late at night and my workout was early? Does anyone else play sports that have any advice on still hitting my 10's but being able to preform at my best for my matches?
