Atkins Diet- question for my hubby

hi guys and gals-

my hubby has started the atkins diet (last week) and is doing very

well. i was reading the book and it says it can cause constipation.

he has the opposite though- ive met my match on smelling up the

bathroom. lol. anyway- do you know if this can cause diarreah?? doc?

anyone??

btw- water is weighing really heavy in my tummy so ive been drinking

crystal light. can i use that as my water intake??
