As some of you know I am doing public advocacy for the first time in my life. I consider it both a creative process and voluntary employment. Victory won't come in the form of money or a court case, it will come in recognition and recognition will allow further advocacy. I can only hope to make a career out of it but who knows, anything is possible, well what is reasonably. I am working with a mass mailing company and am having my short version of the story mailed to media agencies all over. I don't expect to get interviews but it is possible. I am a creditable person who observed and experienced the following: 1. The neglect of a minor and endangerment. 2. Threats of assault and invasive procedure that is against the law after complaining of the neglect of the minor. 3. The abuse of a severely developmentally disabled and socially impaired Hispanic. He was forced into confined isolation for simply clapping in innocents at me while I tapped on the table. We were talking and this was a violation of his civil liberties which are protected in those circumstances. It is possible he had autism and moderate retardation as he did not have eye

contact but there is too much subjectivity. 120 minutes of ads will be done in Fresno County, I have contacted local radio stations already and it's manageable in costs. Also California wide ads on a radio station I have already done ads on. A victory will mean the following: 1. The government won't be able to confine and isolate the developmentally disabled for acts of civil liberties or for any reason that does not prevent the quality of life of the individual. Such as the attempt to commit suicide or injury another person. Obviously clapping cant destroy ear drums and the employee was just a coward that did it. 2. The government won't be able to force drug or threaten with isolation anyone with or without a disability unless he or she is hostile to him or her self and or others. 3. Prompt and quality medical

care for our nation’s adults and minors forced into government facilities or else be faced with heavy fines and criminal negligence charges for lack standards. I'm having fun... People like me... M radio ads will not be nice, it will be like a very nasty presidential campaign and I will step on toes as the saying goes. Not literally!
