High frequency coherence or Locking

Anyone know of any good protocols or strategies for addressing locking. I have

consistant high frequency coherence at F3F4 and P3P4. The multiband coherence

down protocol does not seem to work. 6 months of training and I haven't been

able to lower it.

Also can anyone tell me what the normal alpha peak frequencies for eyes closed

say at Fz and Oz
