Guest guest
Shanti presents Yoga for HIV+ Health. starting this coming Tuesday January 26th. Tuesdays from 4:15-5:30pm. 347 Dolores (between 16th and 17th), San Francisco Pay what you can, up to $12. No one turned away. About the class: My name is Ian, and as the instructor I am so pleased to welcome you. My practice and teaching style, developed through the last decade primarily at the Integral Yoga Institute, is Hatha Yoga emphasizing cleansing and relaxation. We'll study poses that build strength and release tension, techniques to detoxify body and mind, and do our best to cultivate and develop embodied experiences of our own well-being. This will be a true all levels class: clear enough for brand new Yogis to learn in safety, and deep enough for continuing students to experience the benefits you know and enjoy. I teach to those living throughout the spectrum of wellness and illness, and can offer adaptations for whatever injuries or concerns you may choose to share with me. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to write me: ianwaisler@.... Directions: Go to 347 Dolores, between 16 and 17th. It's a large yellow building. There is an open gate on the left of the building, to allow you to access the rear courtyard. Go through the gate and follow the sidewalk to the first right. It will lead you through the courtyard to the glass door. Clayton or will be at the door to greet and welcome you between 350 and 415pm.
