Question regarding peparation of scoby hotel

Hi all, I am probably either ready or putting it off one more day because I am

totally freaked and unsure of this next process measurement wise when it comes

to preparation for my now two scobys, yay! Success, so far. I bought I think a

gallon jug of acv all ready to go for the preparing of the hotel, new home for

the happy twosome. I have been getting some excellent advice from Cathe in

Michigan whom seems totally capable in all she has told me thus far. I have

copied all instructions.

I guess just separate the two and if I have my recipe right put the two in the

gallon jar-hotel? And finish my brew to put in my jar to enjoy, as I have heard

the lingo- " booch? " If anyone has any suggestions on the last steps to finish the

process, I would be totally appreciative, and very grateful of all the help I

can get. I believe if I can get through the first two runs fairly smooth I will

do great pretty much on my own.
