There was a big article in the Gadsden paper last week about how the Atkins

craze is hurting bakeries and the bread industry. Said sara lee and the bigger

bakeries were trying to develop low carb alternatives. Our CVS has a whole

aisle devoted to atkins snacks now......Maybe the prices will come down some!

having free samples,and drawings for gift baskets.You [marta] will

have to check it out for us as Jo is still punny.

Gosh with every purchas during the grand opening they will give you a

free bottle of sierra blue pure water...

This might be just what we need.

Oh by the way Sharon,I ate a crispy kream donut last nite and guess

what I have had the potties 3 times already today...lol

First one I ate didn't bother me,but this time sure did,so no more

for me..lol

Hey Pat,

I tried to warn you about the evils of Krispy Kreme...okay spill it,

did you drop a few pounds? It never worked for me, but some swear by

it.
