Guest guest Posted March 13, 2011 Report Share Posted March 13, 2011 I've found an excellent medical study and outcome on the topic of gynecomastia in HIV-infected men receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy (HARRT).The report isn't the most exciting report, but it does document 4 patients whose gynecomastia was resolved after a period of treatment with DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) gel. The gel was applied directly to the breast area.I have developed gyno in my left "breast". I'm going to ask my doc to let me try this treatment. I can't afford plastic surgery.
