I'll explain a little: first, I'm not jumping on you about it There are definite positives about the Zone. It's a lot like BFL Nutritionally, except Zoners tend to crack the whip. The attitude is that there's little room for error. I imaagine the reason for this is because unlike BFL, the Zone doesn't have a fitness prescription besides walking for 1/2 hour each day. I dropped from a size 10 to a 6. But then the weight swung back up. I found it difficult to follow for life. AND, I think the main reason I dropped the weight is because I incorporated weights and running into my routine. Otherwise, I probably would not have been as successful. Does that help a bit?
