I'm really impressed. I cannot wait to start brewing, and very glad alcohol is not going to be a problem. I thought it was (as vera mentioned) like water kefir... I am also thinking about starting kefir (but that is another list altogether:)) It was very interesting also to read about the weight loss - which wouldn't be too bad as side effect - and the reduction of cravings (in particular at night - my problem). Well, I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions as soon as I'll start brewing. In the mean time I'll start to read the archives... I dare say you'll find a fair few " Kefirites " in the Kombucha ranks, I regularly post off packets within UK. .
