and how long is your brew time and what is your recipe..

ME I am in MN I use 3 cups organic cane sugar to 2 gallons of organic plain

black tea and a cup of starter to 2 gallons and my 1st ferment is 2 - 2 1/2

weeks. I am thinking of trying out heating pads to speed up the process..
