Biofeedback: Epoch-duration-average question

I´m doing my first steps on NF,

I´m home training SMR up at C4 site, working eyes open, with calm music as

reward, volume goes %40 lower when thereshold is not met.

I´d like to hear some advice on setting the epoch and average values in the

thereshold object and the average value on the audioplayer/volume object.

As outcome changes dramatically as any value is minimaly modified I bet there

should be right-wrong zones for those settings acording to your targets.

Any input will very appreciated.

by the way, is any of you practitionist in Buenos Aires area?
