Guest guest
I think homeschooling is a great option, and something that' I haven't heard of here. Having known some dozen or so (British) teachers (of under 11's) over the last few years, sadly, I have come to the conclusion that with only 1 exception, that's another reason I'm thankful I haven't had kids. I'd hate the thought that in their most formative years, they would be under the influence of those people! *shudder* (, you're not included because I don't know you, so please don't be offended) OK, I've probably opened a whole 'can of worms' here, but I think to take on responsibility for your child's education is commendable. Just my humble opinion Jill > Re: New Here > > > That's great. Being a teacher for over 15 years, it's hard for me to > understand homeschooling.
