Guest guest
Hi, Jarrad here. New to the group. I'm 26 in Las Vegas. I'm currently on Isentress, Prezista, Norvir, and Truvada and for the first time in a long time my counts have straightened out and life is good. BUT, the Prezista is majorly causing my blood sugar levels to go out of whack. So, the doc had a heart to heart with me about healthy eating and suggested I eat more " wholesome " foods, avoid processed and prepackaged foods, and curb the sugar intake. Yeah.. well that is a major damper on my life. I have not been one to " cook " before. I am totally more of a " reheater. " So, I guess I am looking for guidance on how to make a switch to healthy eating, that a novice cook can handle. Any ideas for good snack food options would be great too. I'm a major grazer. I snack all day. Thanks!
