Prayers and warm wishes to you during the holiday. Congratulations on

the great numbers and even during Halloween! What happened to 30 years

with the same company? Company loyality to their employees that's what.

In the new world you will have 2-4 different jobs or degrees in this life

time. Best wishes for finding a new job and with your knee.

Hi all,

I seldom post. But I do read all. I find if I'm going through something

it will show up in the posts within a few days. That's the beauty of

having so many people at so many different levels on this journey. I had

my one year on Halloween and did not post because I felt I had not done

as well as the rest of you. No century club for me. I'm satisfied with

the results and so was Dr Hess and also my PCP. I started out at 260 and

am down to 175 on a good day, 180 on a bad day. I'm 5' 5 " so that puts me

in a 14 or some 12's. I have never worn a size 12 in my life. Of course

my PCP feels I can get the other 20 pounds off if I exercise. He's

probably right. At this time I am having trouble with my right knee and

have an appt with an

ortho Jan 7. I have a constant clicking and some pain.

The reason for my request is that a week ago I lost my job because they

are going to outsourse it. Nothing like doing this during the holidays. I

have noticed what a praying bunch you are and I could

sure use all the help I can get. Between all the plant closings and down

sizings in my town of n, IN, I really don't have much of a chance to

work in my area. I will probably have to travel to get work but anything

is better than nothing. What happened to working for the same company for

30 years or so and then retiring?

Thanks for listening.
