I've searched the previous messages trying to find any discussion about allergic reactions to kombucha tea, but I didn't find anything. Found lots of other good info though :-) Several years ago, when I first sipped some homemade kombucha tea I got very light headed and my wind pipe started closing. I went to the hospital, but was okay a little while later. I would like to try kombucha tea again, but I am fearful that I might have another reaction to it.
