I was wondering since all of the Walmarts in my area have run out of sun tea

jars would a gallon pickle jar work. Like if it was lying down

and the cap had a spigot from Bed Bath & Beyond, or some place like it.

Am I just dreaming, because I'm desperate, or can something like this work? Does

anyone else have a system similar they invented.

Care to share?

Love to hear from you.

If you have a bed bath and beyond near you why not just order a spigot jar

from them? They have the 2.8 gal jug for 19.95, if I remember correctly.

Hope that helps,

Jeff

A gallon pickle jar works just fine -- that's what I have always used. I

don't do continuous brew, but remove the SCOBY when the tea is done and pour

into quart mason canning jars with plastic wrap beneath the lid. Not too

fancy, but hey, the price is right!
