I have a few pairs of stretch type ankle length pants and built-in bra sports

tops that I use. Also have gotten used to a sweat headband and sweat

wristbands, eliminating the need for a towel.

I wear comfortable panties and usually barefoot

Jill,

Be careful with those thongs! They're dangerous!

If I tried to TB in one of those things they'd have to send

a search party in to find it!*LOL*

Ok that's gross.

Judie who's butt is in need of reduction.

Jill,

I wear long workout pants and either a tank top or just a sports

bra. I guess once it gets a little warmer here I'll have to switch

to shorts, but then again we have our air on all the time here so I

can probably stick to pants. I usually don't wear any underwear

under the workout pants....they just get in the way and they just

aren't necessary :)

Me, too! My tops are usually sleeveless. When it's hot, I wear just a

sleeveless tank top (without a bra, but believe me the bra is not

missed; I don't have much up there) and running shorts (the kind that

dry quickly). Do you have a basement, Jill? If so, try doing taebo

there when it's hot. Also, I don't hesitate to use fans and air

conditioning.

I usually wear a t shirt and stretchy pants to do TB in. When I started doing TB it was still cold outside (30 degrees) so I would shut off the heat and open a window to cool it down. During the summer I would think that I would have the AC blasting!

Jill,

When I was at the tapings, I did end up using thongs for most of the

time because I was worried about pantie lines with my workout pants,

and they worked out just great for me! I did buy cotton ones for the

occasion, however, instead of anything lacy or nylon.

When I work out at home, I either use the thongs or Jockey for Her

(the french cut style in cotton). Both are pretty comfortable for

me. I live on the third floor of a HUGE old house, and it can get

stuffy up here, but it's usually not too bad. It's been colder in

the winter time, but I am usually sweating by the time I get done

working out then too.

Hope that helps

Susi
