Guest guest Posted December 29, 2009 Report Share Posted December 29, 2009 i thank you jahjet for the advice on the ginger.....i'm going to try flavoring with some in the future.....for my first batch i think that leaving it plain ( i do love the regular unflavored kombucha ) and seeing what it tastes like will be a good idea and then i'll know if i need to change the tea or make it stronger or weaker.....thanks again.....peace, mary Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
