good afternoon all.....i didn't realize that it was afternoon already....if

anyone has done this already what kind of ginger would one use to flavor the

kombucha after it is brewed ?.....i'm not buying fresh but rather dried, cracked

or candied.....would you just put it into the bottle as it is being set aside

for the second fermentation ?.....thanks.....peace, mary
