Novice looking for advice?

I am considering buying one of the packages out there and wanted some real

honest opinions.

I was wanting to use they technology on my wife and myself to help with memory

and attention. What are your experiences on the actual effectiveness of these

devices?

I was also thinking about helping others... What does the learning curve look

like?

How does the business opportunities look like in today's marketplace?

What percentage of people that go through these process are indeed satisfied

with the results?

Any help for this self professed novice would be greatly appreciated.
