a taebo tape). Finally, thanks to yet another kickboxing instructor, I

finally learned how to do the fast foot moves on the double jabs. You

land your feet on the off beat (the jab in on the beat)! I love these

new accomplishments! >>

You are so awesome Elena!!! I hope to be in that great of shape someday!!

Isn't it great to see your body do things that it couldn't do? This
