I am noticing dramatic increases in my stamina lately. First of all, I notice that I drink about 8 oz of water during an advanced tape whereas I used to drink 16 oz each time. I just don't seem to need it as much. During yet another different kickboxing class yesterday that I was trying out, the air conditioning wasn't working and everyone, including the teacher was complaining. The teacher cut short the cardio because he couldn't take it. I had no problems! I felt like yelling, " you want to see hot, go to LA and do taebo under those hot lights for 1 1/2 hours. " It really was not difficult for me. Yesterday, I planted our vegetable and herb garden. Usually, that activity kills me (my shoulders and back from lifting water and dirt, ... . I feel fine today. No pain at all. I even went to that kickboxing class yesterday (the best one yet, BTW. It was the most like a taebo tape). Finally, thanks to yet another kickboxing instructor, I finally learned how to do the fast foot moves on the double jabs. You land your feet on the off beat (the jab in on the beat)! I love these new accomplishments! >> You are so awesome Elena!!! I hope to be in that great of shape someday!!
