I would call the office and ask about Dr. Griffiths. There are many doctors that claim things that aren't true. There are always cancellations if you are willing to go on short notice. Make sure all your paperwork is in with Laurie and have her put you on the cancellation list. I have some info that may help you. Tell me if you want me to send it. I don't want to overwhelm. My son is 13 and recovered. We were never gluten free, but always dairy free. But what was right for my child, may not be right for yours.
