HI, this is the second time I have tried to post on here and I keep

getting wrong! LOL! Anyway, I have been doing the live basic and 8

minute tapes together and am working my way up to the advanced. I

really like them. I can see an improvement in my abs already and that

motivates me even more. I actually have gotten my husband to do the

tape with me a few time. I have done the first studio basic and I

don't think it is quite as difficult as the live one. I would like to

lose about 10 pounds. I lost 40 pounds last year, but I have put back

on about 10. That's why I want to try the tae-bo tapes. I needed knew

motivation. I would like to post on here frequently, but I have a 4

year old, a 2 year old, a husband and a part-time job!! SO, if you

don't hear from me for days at a time, know that I am out here and I

try to read a few posts a day for motivation.

Hope to make some new internet friends:)
