finding help

My grandson is autistic (low to moderate) and he has anger problems and

hits his brother. My daughter asked for help with finding doctors and

the lady that came out to write a report on her son was manly focused

on the son that gets hit. My daughter feels there is a threat to take

her autistic son away. He is nine. So asking for help gets your

autistic kid taken away? If all his behaviors com out they will take

him. Where's the available help? Where's a safety net for parents of

disabled kids? How do you find help for your kids without endangering

them to be taken out of the home? If they take him how will he ever get

the help he needs? He can't even communicate to tell someone if someone

hurts him. Any advice? Grandma in CA.
