Guest guest
I get up at extremely early hours to be at the hospital, so I wait until surgery is done for the day, and then I go work out. (There is no gym in this area open before 5:30 am.) Anyway, got to the gym around noon today, and did cardio for 47 minutes (stepmill, rowing, and walking). Came home, ate a salad with chicken, walked the dog, and by the time I got the dog in the door, I could not function. I was so tired, I could barely lift my arms. Yes, I had eaten 3 meals by this point, and I drank quite a bit of water. I slept like a kid for 2 hours, yanno, one of those fall-asleep-in-my-cheerios kind of naps. I guess I didn't realize how much that extra cardio really taps me. I'll have to watch out for a trend. a "What then, is the true Gospel of consistency? Change. Who is the really consistent man?
