Destruction of Joints from steroid use

Recently went to a specialist for tennis elbow. I think the shocker for me was

the Dr's first question to me. Before doing any examination at all he asked if I

had used steroids or growth hormone (I have very ripped arms from lipo).I said

" yes " . He then commented that " people of my type " (hiv +) have screwed up all

thier joints from steroid use. I was shocked as I had never heard of joint

destruction from use of steroids and growth hormone. Does anyone else have

experiences with this?

Currently I do a low dose of testostone gel and thats it. But have in the past

used Deca and Growth Hormone (with amazing results, by the way)
