are you losing weight or mostly body fat with the Methoxy?

I've heard women (that would be me) can get good results

from BetaLean HP (Ephedra/Caffeine/thermogenics deal) and HMB

I've also heard that BetaGen with it's Creatine and HMB is

a very good way to get lean and lose fat.

Thoughts?
