Guest guest
Hello All, Recently, I started vaginal insufflating, as Carol Ann shared, with the tubing from the generator rather than using the catheter. If you will compare the size of the opening of the holes in the catheter to the opening in the tubing, you will see there is a vast difference. I've found insufflating with the tubing delivers twice, if not even more, as much ozone than the catheter. The opening in the catheter is so very small and the deliver of ozone is equally as small when using the catheter. The first time I tried the tubing, I could feel a rush of ozone even to my brain. I felt it in my brain, I felt it in my armpits, and I could smell it coming out of my nose. I felt like my whole body was being saturated with ozone. The most noticable improvement was I felt happy and good physically. My thinking was clearer and I had more energy all day. I've now done it three days in a row, 30 minutes each session. I always notice a rush to my brain. What I found so humorous, and is also proof of it reaching my head, is my scalp has been itching lately. I thought maybe all this ozone I am doing is drying out my scalp, although my skin feels very nice and silky. Still I keep itching. I then noticed behind my ears and neck started itching. Today I just had to take a look, and low and behold, I'm getting the ozone rash behind my ears and neck! I had to laugh. I am not getting any rashing on my legs or around the vagina area, but I am getting it on my neck and behind my ears! I can litterally feel the rush of ozone go to my head when I'm insufflating, and now I've got the rash to prove it! lol I wanted to share this with the women mainly to let them know how effective this method of delivery is to our bodies. I've found it even more effective than the sauna as far as getting the ozone in the body, and to the head! Now I'm sure ear insufflating would also deliver ozone to the head, but there is no way I could do ear insufflating for 30 minutes at a time. The only concern I would have, if anybody wants to try this, is to make sure to clean and sterilize the tubing before inserting it. I found the easiest way to do that is simply stick the tubing in a bottle of peroxide. I then take a warm wash cloth and wipe it off and apply OOO on it. The whole process really is quite a rush....litterally of ozone. Gail
