I used to work-out for 2 hours 6 times a week, my favorite work-out routine is the bench press and half the w-o time I will be doing this. One day I felt a dull ache in my right shoulder while doing my reps and the next morning I could not lift or move the arm cos my shoulder was very sore. I took a break for six months in hope that my injury would heal, felling rather ok I hit the gym again, sadly this time both my shoulders were in sever pain. I have visited local doctors and they tell me it is time to retire. Please does anyone have experience with this issue? I will like to understand what is happening.Tanx.
