That

!

Way to go! That scale is a nasty liar anyway.

The only reason we want to lose weight is to be

smaller right?

So if we can get smaller and not lose, who cares what

that evil contraption says!

Bravo!!!

I'm glad you've destroyed that evil machine...now, maybe you can concentrate

on all the other ways you are seeing positive results. I know it's hard to

stop relying on that thing, but you will be so much happier and you will see

so many more results when you focus on the other ways your body and mind are

changing! You don't need that dang scale! Also, think of all the changes

your body has undergone in the past year! You've lost a ton of weight (what

is it up to now.....75-80 lbs?) and it is only natural that there are going

to be points along your journey where you will stay at the same weight for

awhile. It's your body's way of catching up with itself. Just because the

scale isn't moving at this particular point in time doesn't mean that things

aren't happening! It's times like these that you just have to stay focused

and look at all the other changes you've made and continue to make on a

daily basis. You don't need that scale to tell you how far you've come or

how far you will go!

who hardly gets on the scale anymore and when she does isn't worried about

what it says

LOL...Ohhh you made me laugh so hard! I think Mike would be mad if I took a hammer to our scale though...since we don't have a lot of money and we bought the scale in the first place. But you made me laugh anyways!!

Oops, I killed it...
