Guest guest
Hello Tae Bo family. has asked me to send out this support letter to my online friends. I would appreciate it if you keep her and her team, in your thoughts and prayers. The youth group from First Baptist Church is leading a mission trip consisting of 12 youths and 5 leaders down to Honduras on April 9th through the 19th. Upon arrival, we are to stay in a vacant wing of a hospital and work on completing an orphanage and also to concentrate on witnessing to their people. In addition, we will be doing Vacation Bible School for the Honduran children, and (attempting) to sing songs and worship in both languages with the people. This is a very unique chance to be able to go to a foreign country and share the word of the Lord as we work, as we play, and as we worship. I am writing to ask you to donate the most important element to making this trip a success: Prayer!! Please pray for the following people: Students: Billi Bauer Miracle Quantz Levi Sawyer Neil Stout sen Taja Nault Amber Langon Josh Remmen Merideth Settle Donal Wood Jackie Harvey Stout Leaders: Barcley Bohning Mike Rutter Wignall and Traci Armstrong Pray for these things: 1) That we will have unity as a group, and also unity with the people there. Romans 15:5 " May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. " 2) That we will all be able to push aside our personal wants to follow the will of the Lord. (Translation: Hopefully we won't complain!) 3) That we will all remain in good health while we're there, and that we will be immune to any diseases that we might be exposed to. 4) That all of our actions and words will be honoring to God and Him only. 5) That any language barriers will be broken down so that we we be able to communicate smoothly. 6) That God will use us touch the lives of their people, and that He will use their people to touch our lives. 7) That God will use us in miraculous ways in working on the job site and with the people. 8) That we will have safe travel to, from, and around Honduras safely. 9) That God will put His hand in any and everything that we may come across. 10) That the Lord will protect us and comfort us from any fears we have going down there, whether it be flying, the water, sunburn, bugs, disease, communication, or even stage fright. 11) That we will be able to effectively share our faith in the name of the Lord. The most important necessity is prayer. God works incredible miracles through this. Please keep our mission team and the Hondurans in your heart, mind, and in your prayers. Thank you so much! Love in him, Stout
