Guest guest
Hey, Is there a pattern or type of brainwave that's normally associated with music constantly playing in a person's head? I usually have one or two songs going in my head most of the time. The selections switch out occasionally. Would this have something to do with rumination, as I know I spin my wheels on particular thoughts/ideas as well. Thanks Todd

Guest guest
Todd, It's funny that you mentioned this subject. I am currently working on a school project testing the alpha coherence of the brain while listening to several types of music - classical, jazz, chanting... and how certain types of music resonates within us. I'm using sites F3/F4 as references, however I believe P3/P4 would be better sites for this measurement. Another possible measurement might just be the amplitude of these waves.
