So, yeah, not everything off topic is offensive (well, cooking salmon is probably very offensive to the salmon on the list , but it's always a good idea to put " OT " in the heading if it is Off Topic...and of course " offensive " posts are truley subjective...I'm not even sure if offensive is a good word for it... But anyways, just thought I'd add 2 more cents-I think I've given about a dime's worth on the subject today ~Kat, who is extensively cleaning her apartment and very sick of it-but can't stop because everything's in piles and the bathroom floor is gross... At least you're thinking about it....and that's a start! I hope the trip to visit your parents works out! I know you could use the rest and relaxation! Don't worry about trying to keep up with this list all the time....just make sure you drop in every now and then to let us know you're ok

We'll see how that goes for two weeks and increase my anti-anxiety meds if my mood hasn't changed much. I'm not the greatest right now, but I'm also definitely not the worst either. I'm just basically taking one day at a time. I'm sorry if I haven't been around or participating as much these days. I'm just really trying to stay tuned in to what I need at any given moment to take care of myself. The psychiatrist had similar advice about my ex- boyfriend (as compared to my psychologist), and I have started visualizing telling him that continuing a friendship at this point isn't healthy for me. I have noticed your absence here but I remembered you were visiting with family and you were resting. I hope you feel better soon. Continue to look out for yourself and take care of your needs.
